As nice and great and SOLID an example of one of these as I've seen in many, many years. This 1938 Gibson  L-00 is a winner and it’s so nice. And it sounds like 1938! I don’t have to explain to you what that means. Only the very faintest beautifully-repaired top crack; I had to really scrutinize to find it. Frets replaced here years ago of original size with material that's way better than what Gibson had back then and they're about perfect, ditto the black tuning machine buttons. If you've been looking for an absolutely fabulous pre-war Gibson L-00 you can stop right now; you’ve found it. Nut width half a frog-hair under 1-3/4", just perfect, with a nice handful of neck the rest of the way. What else could you possibly ask for? Nice modern hard shell case is what, has it. $5995 w/hsc
